1995 Isuzu Trooper LS WATER PUMP Removal & Installation 1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Drain cooling system. Remove timing belt. See TIMING BELT . Remove water pump bolts, water pump and gasket. 2. To install, reverse removal procedure. Ensure gasket surfaces are clean. Tighten water pump bolts in sequence to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . See Fig. 13 . Fill cooling system and check system for leaks. Fig. 13: Water Pump Bolt Tightening Sequence
