Removal. 1. Remove air filter housing. 2. Remove the seat or seats.
3. Disconnect Fuel Lines (also the vapor line from tank to. 4. charcoal
canister on California models). 5. Disconnect instrument connectors from
the fuel tank. 6. Remove fuel tank. 7. Remove air box. 8. Disconnect
TPS and heater connectors. 9. Remove chrome carb cover. 10. Disconnect
Fuel Lines. 11. Remove rubber carb elbows. 12. Disconnect throttle
cables from carbs. 13. Remove the carbs. 14. Perform the jetting. Tool
List: 3mm Allen wrench. 5mm Allen wrench. 10mm wrench or socket. 12mm
wrench or socket. #2 Philips head screwdriver. Flat tipped screwdriver.
Pliers. Needle nosed vise grips. Battery powered drill. Drill bit. Small
flat tipped screwdriver. Others… If you are savvy enough to stop
